RESTORING
HONOR
Restore
the Mojave Desert War Memorial
|
Weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court
ruled to protect the Mojave Desert
War Memorial, vandals, in the dark
of night on Sunday, May 9, tore down
the seven-foot-tall monument that
stood bolted for more than 75-years
atop Sunrise Rock honoring our
nation's war dead. |
What the lawless take away, the
Lord will restore
through the selfless acts of His servants.
In June 2009,
“A Soldiers Perspective”
story prompted Patriot Defenders Network to
construct a Veterans Memorial Village in our
virtual world at
prototerra.com.
That project was completed and many ASP members
attended the opening ceremony where CJ Grisham
served as keynote speaker along with KFBK Talk
show host Bruce Maiman and other dignitaries.
Patriots! For every monument, dedicated to our
veterans past or present, the ACLU threatens, we
will place TWO memorial monuments in our Virtual
Veterans Memorial Village.
It's a small gesture from our groups and was the
right thing to do. The first such memorial is
up, with ground breaking held on July 4th
2009 for the Village and the second monument: A
white cross on a virtual Sunrise Rock
outcropping, overlooking the Veterans
Children's' Park. It was scheduled for the
summer 2010.

This sad May 9th news prompted our ever
generous Robert Flesch, your benefactor at
Prototerra, to move that schedule up. It is live
now with ongoing work to tell visitors to our
world this story.

Our pledge to the veteran's this Mohave Memorial
represents, is that this virtual symbol will
stand tall and proudly against the tyranny
demonstrated by those who oppose the rule of
law, the Rights endowed by our Creator and true
meaning of the United States Constitution.
